Delete your Linearity account
Linearity account deletion is an automated process. If you log into the Linearity Curve or Linearity Move software, you can deactivate your account from within your profile settings directly.
Remember: Cancel your subscription before you delete your account
Important note: Deleting your account does not cancel your Linearity Pro subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately on the payment platform where you signed up (e.g. App Store or Stripe).
Before you delete your account, please make sure your Linearity Pro subscription has been cancelled so it will not renew (if you have a running subscription).
How to delete your Linearity account
If you use a single Linearity account for both Linearity Move and Linearity Curve, you can manage the account deletion process from either application.
However, subscription cancellation is only possible through the application where the subscription originated.
After account deletion, you won't be able to log in with your former account details in either application.
In order to delete your Linearity account:
- Make sure you've cancelled your subscription first
- Open your Linearity Profile from the top bar navigation in the software
- Click on ”Manage your account”
- Choose “Delete account”
- Click “Send Code” to send a confirmation code to your account email
- Enter that code and confirm to delete your account
When you make the request to delete your account, there is a 30-day grace period before the process is finalized. Any files stored in your Linearity account will be permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period ends. Your iCloud and locally-stored files will remain unaffected.
